I have FCP plugins which reside in Import/output menu. The FCP plugins are to launch external programs and bring those to the top-most position by calling AppleScript script. What I found interesting was that if I did so using File=>Import menu, it brought an external application to the top, while if I did by right-clicking on a FCP project window ( contextual menu ), the external app once moved to the top and the FCP project window moved to the top-most to hide the external app. So, is there any way to bring the external app to the top-most even no matter what way to do so?
