PACE is an anti-piracy vendor. Do you have any 3rd party plugins installed? It's possible that one of them is using PACE with their product. You can try removing half of your plugins and see if that gets rid of the warning. If not, then put the first half back and remove the other half. You can then narrow it down by repeating the process with the set that causes the problem, cutting it in half each time. (Basically a binary search of your plugins.)
