Hi, Ben,
yes, this is currently a known limitation of Final Cut. We don't support separate slider / text entry ranges in our sliders. We have the same issue with our After Effects support, and this limitation is mentioned in the FxPlug release notes.
We are aware that many developers would like to see this restriction removed!

What we developers (and all of our users!) REALLY want is to be able to change the min/max *display* in the animation curve view that is independent of the min/max values *allowed*. (This is quite a separate topic from the text input restrictions you propose to remove). When your slider min/max is set to 0 to 30000 (say, for frame # range) and the actual keyframes on the param range from 0 to 100, then it's impossible to for the user to see the shape of the actual curve. Displaying a [0,100]-valued curve over a [0,30000] range makes everything look flat. Pete _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
