Specifically, what are all the possible commands/bindings between a quartz composition and the project.plist file. I have seen some of the commands in the existing templates such as JumpTitle, SetButtonPage, ... but would like to know what other commands are available. Also, I'd like to know how to set up generic bindings, possibly through the General Purpose Registers, to pass data to and from the quartz composition's inputs and outputs when a user clicks on a menu button or pushes any button on a remote.
