There is a Motion framework in the Library/Frameworks, so something could be out ... We don't currently document it publicly. (I'm pushing to do so, but it hasn't been approved yet.) It should be fairly easy to figure out if you're familiar with how Motion works as a user. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask here, and I'll do what I can to answer your questions.
