It's likely that the SDK installer thinks you already have an up-to-date copy of these frameworks. You might try moving aside your /Library/Receipts folder and re-reunning the SDK installer. When I try to look at that framework's headers I get no headers at all.

I am new to FXPlug, so I installed the FXPlug SDK 1.2.5 today, with install process not showing any hiccups.

Not sure what to try, would be grateful for any help!
