Maybe I did not understand your post. But there is no "marry". You either take the sequence you got and replace it or you got a second one (or none) I think for the purposes if this project it would be sufficient to create a new sequence with just markers and then edit the original sequence into the new one so that the sequence and markers become married (hopefully happily). _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
