You are quite correct. Looks like a bug to me and I have filed a bug report on it. I am trying to read Sound TC and Sound Roll info from an XML file out of FCP. The xmeml version is 4.0. The Sound TC and Sound Roll info are present in the bin, but I can't find them in the XML, and the FCP XML spec doesn't advertise them as something that will be exported, either.
