Both FCP and Motion are premultiplied with the RGB formats. I'm not certain on the YUV side, since Motion doesn't support that. I'm just AGAIN browfing the FxPlug docs and realized that my multiple readings over the years has not been as detailed as I thought. :-) Now that I'm actually looking to port some stuff I have this basic question: Are images return premultiplied images, or straight? I'm presuming that YUV+A would be awkward to return as premultiplied, but you never know.
