We have experienced a very strange problem. During peak load all applications went to !00% usage. I stopped Apache, restarted the applications, but the usage would go to 100% as soon as apache was running. The system finally went back up after I restarted Postgres. So it looks as somehow something was locked and not released min Postgres. Has anyone seen anything similar?
