Would it be possible to post a screenshot? (Or if you prefer send it
to me directly?) It sounds like FCP is just showing you 2 fields,
which would correctly create jagged edges if there's any movement in
your output, but it's hard to say without seeing it. You should not
have to deinterlace your output.
