Hey all, I’m once again back to plugins that take longer than a fraction of a second to compute.
I’m finding that [FxProgressAPI userHasCancelled] never returns YES. In FCP X does it ever return YES? and are there special circumstances or places where I should be testing this (instead of regular places in my plugin , like we do in all our other plugins for other host apps). And that even the FxPlug SDK’s example doesn’t ever see a YES when [FxProgressAPI userHasCancelled].
Anyone out there been successful in getting the routine to return YES for FCP X/Motion 5?. For some of our plug-ins, this is a real issue for the user.
Pete
