This solution worked great. I went into the "Library" folder of the WGM user account, found the "Fonts" folder (not the "FontCollections" folder). After deleting that folder (due to permissions, I had to delete it from the server in some cases), I logged out and upon logging back in/out of that user multiple times, I haven't seen the problem again.

Glen, try deleting the fonts folder from that (and every effected) users
home directory library-- we have seen that same problem and that deletion
resolves it and the problem does not seem to recur. Seems to be a font
issue introduced w/10.5.6... and I assume your server is also running
10.5.6?
