Dear Peers,
If you use Web Help Desk (WHD) I would like to get your help. I have been trying to get WHD to update their very BAD reporting engine for a years now. I have had no luck since that does not seem to be a priority of theirs but IS a priority of mine since I use reports to present to the board, leadership teams, techs, ect. There are so many uses for reports I cannot list them all.
So, if you use WHD and would be willing to help, please paraphrase the following:
1. Ask that the Reports be total rewritten to be Web 2.0 like 2. Ability to Drill Down on supporting information 3. Make them much more user friendly 4. Presentable. 5. Bring back version 7 reporting style that worked.
