This conforms to our findings. We actually request everyone change to Lion
if they want to RDP. Its much more secure.
We set up a special "remote" account that we have people change to prior
to leaving for the day. The account has no privs on the desktop (so,
pretty locked down). Anyone (facilities, etc.) walking into the room
where the Mac is sitting is therefore unable to do anything (well, they
could turn the computer off). The customer can securely remote into their
main account which will remain "hidden".
Works good. Not "quite" as elegant as MS Windows mode, but a lot better
than the options prior to Lion.
There are probably some issues that we don't know about yet, but so far so
good.
Thanks,
