For multiple windows, you can use command-` to cycle through them.
This is not an X11 feature, but an OSX feature. Commad-tab cycles
throug Apps, command-` cycles through open windows of the current
app. So that works well if you only have a few X11 windows open.
You have much more flexibility if you use a different window mananger.
