They should be available if your X11 installation is complete. You
should have, for example, a directory /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/
that contains such fonts. In the file fonts.dir in that directory, you
should see lines like this:
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/fonts.dir:lutRS08-ISO8859-1.pcf.gz
-b&h-lucidatypewriter-medium-r-normal-sans-11-80-100-100-m-70-iso8859-1
The first part lutRS08-ISO8859-1.pcf.gz is the name of the file that
should also exist in this directory.
