I can ssh -X into a remote machine and run xterm which opens an xterm
window on my local machine.
But if on the remote machine I use
xterm -fa Monaco
the xterm window does not use the Monaco font nor does it display the
window with the same scroll bar as a local xterm window.
How do I control how the remote xterm looks like on my local machine?
Try using -fn instead of -fa.
-Sean
With
xterm -fn Monaco
The remote machine said.
xterm: unable to open font "Monaco", trying "fixed"....
