Developers are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so any developer
who discusses it on an open forum is in violation. If Apple tells everybody
about
it, that's O.K. As an Apple developer, I may or may not have gotten an
email
the other day from Apple saying that there was a 10.3.3 prerelease
available,
but if I told you, I'd have to shoot you :-)
As Mr Schutte pointed out, Apple's always working on the next version. What
else would they do between releases? Sit around listening to their iPods
waiting
for Mr. Jobs to say "Ok, time to release another version of the OS" and have
it
magically be ready?
