That's not the file. /etc/sshd_config is for the ssh server, so that
controls connections _into_ the mac.
The client conf file is /etc/ssh_config. The entry is actually
commented out, and OpenSSH defaults to NO. As far as I can tell,
either using ssh -X or setting forwarding to YES in the personal
.ssh/config overrides the settings in /etc/ssh_config.
