You must have forgotten about the rest of your post:
2. If I try to use an X11 application to soon after waking from
hibernation it refuses to create new windows anymore. Restart
required.
And...
4. Cut and paste out of X11 is a mess. As for trying to cut and paste
when emacs is in the picture, oh dear.
5. If you try to reposition a brand new X11 window it repositions all
the other windows as well. This effect seems to fade with time over a
period of about 5-10 seconds.
These have nothing to do with the trackpad ....
I was just wondering if folks with Powerbooks only experienced these problems
and people with PowerMacs did not. Looking for some common thread of commonality.
