You can use a simple shell script to go through and convert
from one format to the other.
Or perl :-)

hi there
I am trying to use perl scripts for all kinds of analysis and file
conversions
As a first exercice in file conversion with perl, converting Mac line
endings to Unix line endings is easy:
perl -pi.Mac -e "s/\r/\n/g" filename(s)

When using removable media or email to transfer text files from one
system to another, there is no guarantee that the newlines will
translate properly.
The conversion is typically handled automatically by FTP and SFTP
clients.
