I do not know if this will help but
The ttf fonts on my system are located in /Library/Fonts and
System/Library/Fonts
You might be able to copy the file into either one ( or both ) and then
reboot to see if it shows up
Hope this helps.. I am sure someone else has more experience or skills then
mine but
