I don't have a powerbook, but you can map ctrl and command inside
X11.app preferences. I for example have in the first tab (Input) the
three boxes checked. I think that for emulating the third button on the
single button mouse I had to click both Option and Cmd, but try any
combination with Option, Cmd and Ctrl, one of them should work.
