Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a 'Beta' version of x11.
I am still using 'Jaguar' and I would like not to upgrade to 'Panther'.
The case that I have recently bought xEphem, without realising that I
need x11 to run it _dow!
If anyone, has any version of Beta it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
What you really, really, really want is something like:
Xfree86: <http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/xonx/XFree86_4.3.0.dmg>
plus
OroborOSX: <http://oroborosx.sourceforge.net/OroborOSX-v0.9.tar.gz>
If, for some reason, you believe you need to run Apple's older,
obsolete, beta preview for some reason, which you should not need or
want to do, it is available from:
X11/us/user/061-0491.20030317.Se4rG/X11UserForMacOSX.dmg.bin>
Of course, what I would really recommend is, at this point, just
upgrading to Mac OS X 10.4. It's much, much nicer, in many ways.
