using '-Y' instead of '-X' seems to fix it. I'm not really sure what
'trusted X11 forwarding' is, but that does it!

I have a pretty serious bug in X11 on Tiger. Basically what I'm
doing is sshing to a remote Linux-based desktop, and running
xemacs to display on my local. When I hit cmd-c to 'copy' the
primary selection it seems to be ok, then when I go to paste
anywhere else, say in text edit or safari text field, nothing
pastes. I get X11 errors out of xemacs, which look like:
we've had a number of reports similar to this, I'm not exactly sure
what changed, but it seems this is an ssh issue, try doing "ssh -Y"
instead of "ssh -X" to forward the X connection
Additionally I'm finding I have to click on the dock icon twice to
bring all windows to the front for X11. This is not the case for
other apps.
