Ditto. I have tried Logitech, Kensington, Microsoft and some off-brand
optical mice. Logitech is by far the best on both Mac and PC. The Logitech
drivers do not have the 'hiccup' that seems to plague everyone else.
Microcenter has a $10 basic Logitech mouse and a $15 optical mouse. The
basic version has a lower dpi and I didn't like it on a large screen. The
$15 mouse is the one I use almost exclusively. I tried a higher price one
(Mx310) with more dpi, but I could not get it to move fast enough. (It is
probably great for graphic artists.)
