An other way is a simple shellscript:
cd /Applications/Utilities/X11.app/Contents/MacOS
sudo mv X11 X11R6
sudo $EDITOR X11
#!/bin/sh
/Applications/Utilities/X11.app/Contents/MacOS/X11R6 +kb $*
sudo chmod 755 X11
That will do it also.

I guess it's the time of ugly hacks again, like in the beginning of
Apple's X11 adventure. The following works for me:
Create a one-line Apple script with ScriptEditor, containing the line
do shell script "/Applications/Utilities/X11.app/Contents/MacOS/X11
+kb"
Compile, save as application bundle, for example under the name
X11kb.app, and then double-click this one instead of the original
X11.app.
