There was a really annoying X11 bug that made it so that you had to
focus X11 twice (click on the X11 icon twice) to get your X apps to
come to the front of the screen. This bug was finally fixed in about
10.4.3 or so.
I heard that the fix was specific to that (10.4.3?) OS-upgrade patch,
so that if you installed X11 after you had patched to that level, the
bug wouldn't get fixed by any subsequent patching.
Has this been fixed? If I uninstall/reinstall X11, can I expect the
bug to be fixed by running Software Update? I want to try Xorg because
I'm having some X11/Xorg interoperability problems with my servers,
but if Xorg doesn't fix the problems I'm having, I want to be able to
return to an X11 that doesn't have the annying "won't focus" bug.
