I have the stock X11 that comes with the Mac OS installed.
I'm not looking at this as an issue of just me having this problem.
We sell software that runs on Mac OS X (and other Unix
systems) under X11 and our customers will have the problem.
If it's a matter of having to install some extra X11 extension, I
don't think we can expect our customers to do it. If it's something
we can install for them along with our product, that may work.

Is there any reason why if you have multiple monitors, X11 won't let you
resize a window to span them? It limits you to the size of one monitor.
