No. Focus follows mouse has two parameters which can be set to ignore any
window you move the mouse through without stopping and to not change focus if
you move the mouse to the background.

It works anyway. I used the previously mentioned VirtualDesktop from CodeTek on
my PB. Worked fine.
The truth is that Apple decided users don't need focus follows mouse and did not
include it. (FWIW - MS Windows 2000/xp/Vista supports focus follows mouse. MS
just left out the config tool to turn it on. You may download the app to
configure it from MS's site. Apple is the lone holdout.)
