Yeah... and for this very reason... if we have 2 monitors, they are
combined into one screen... both monitors can have different dpi...

X11 has had multi-head display support for a very long time. ISTM

Unfortunately there are some times where we don't really have a
choice. There are many technical reasons as to why we can't "really"
use Xinerama, and I did not feel that a long dialog into that was
neccessary... nevertheless improved multiple displays is very much a
concern of mine, but it is nowhere near the top at the moment.Attachment:
