Yes, but how font sizes are changed depends (at least in part)
on the X toolkit that is used. GnuCash, Inkscape, and Gimp all
use the GTK2 toolkit so you change font sizes using the GTK2
way.
Since Gnucash is a GNOME application, you can probably
set the font sizes from the GNOME Control Center. Otherwise
you will need to tinker with your .gtkrc-2.0 file.
