Ah, yes. Thanks for mentioning that Tom. And for the record, it's
not that I'm not interested in fixing FFM issues... it's that I
want to get everything else working first before trying to get FFM
working. I do want FFM to work in the end, but it is lower
priority. If someone is really interested in getting FFM working
before that point, I would of course be more than willing to accept
patches to that end =). I know FFM is rather vital to some long-
term unix users' workflows, and I don't want to leave them out of
the loop...

Is there anywhere I should be adding my name to the list of those
who really want FFM and full screen so I get counted?
I am waiting patiently, because I do understand that other things
have to be fixed first, and that meanwhile I can (and do) use
Tiger's X11 which has both. If you can fix the iCal etc., focus-
grabbing/flipping I'll give the new X11 + Spaces another try (with
the "no-swoosh" option set). It has taken a while to realise that
focus-grabbing is the biggest issue for me, I've been hiding from it
in full-screen XDarwin without realising it was a such a big part of
why it felt more comfortable. The "baggage room" functionality in
the dock would be handy too (my window manager does the equivalent
so I'd miss it a lot).
What do you mean "baggage room"
