Hi everyone,
I am not sure if this is a known issue or not, but I have found this one to be
quite an annoyance.
If you have several instances (windows) of xterm, and use expose to select
from all app windows, when you click on an xterm window, that particular
instance comes to the front, but you will notice that the cursor is now
outlined, and the window is actually not in focus.
Then this is the most annoying part: If you then click on the window to make
it active (assuming your other xterm windows are behind the one on top), it
will actually select one of the other xterm instances in the background and
make that current.
I've tried to figure out the exact steps to make this happen, but it seems like
it's intermittent. I made it happen pretty easily though with 4 xterm
instances and a firefox window open in the background, and just messing around
with expose over and over...
Thanks.
