The instructions on that website are for Tiger as you're using Leopard
there's some differences, first of all the default download location
for Tiger is to download files to your Desktop, whereas with Leopard
they are, by default, saved in the Downloads folder. The error you're
getting is because the wine tarball doesn't exist on your Desktop its
in your Downloads folder, try looking for it there.
