There are two things that Micro$oft makes that I will willingly pay for,
their wireless laptop mouse and their ``Natural'' keyboards. The mouse
uses a single AA battery, is comfortable to use, and one can click the
scroll wheel as the middle mouse button.
For most things I prefer rather ancient Logitech 3-button ps/2
mice with no scroll wheel as they fit my hand well, and hitting
the middle button doesn't roll the way a more modern mouse does.
I bought a case of 80 of these when we were selling a fair number
of Linux workstations as I didn't like the newer mice.
The vast majority of my work is in xterms doing CLI work on Linux
servers, where I frequently am copying text with the middle mouse
button, hardly high graphics work, but very convenient.
Does the latest X11 for Leopard or Snow Leopard support pressure
changes when using graphics tablets?
