I'm using the X11 included in Leopard. I installed 10.5 and then made a
combo update to 10.5.7 using the standalone installer (not using software

from the Xquartz project?
I would. As noted on the mailing list it is possible that the
man pages came when installing Xcode (the developer tools). I
have that installed on my machines, too.
One note: Keep the Xquartz install package around. If you use
it you have to re-install it after doing apple upgrades as the
upgrades sometimes blow away the newer code.
Thanks mate! I think I'll go for the latest release as a couple of people have recommended. And thank you for the tip about keeping the package. I think it's mentioned in Xquartz Project's site... always good to know.
P.D.: I hope my english is not too bad :)
It's great.
Sometimes I get a bit worried about not getting my message across... cheers ;)
Thanks,
