Dear X11 developers,
this bug is not strictly related to X11, but probably to the
(underlying?) CoreGraphics. Since you have probably all the stereo
experts, maybe I'm not completely wrong here, and you could look after
this 3D stereo-related bug (OSX 10.6.3):
whenever I drag a graphics application window with activated 3D stereo
between two monitors, the whole login-session crashes when the window is
"in the middle" between the two monitors. It does not happen, if 3D
stereo is deactivated in the application. I've noticed this behaviour
initially with X11 graphics applications (Moloc, Coot), but it also
happens with Aqua graphics applications (MacPyMOL, Chimera). The console
log complains about "EXEC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSERV)", "KERN_INVALID_ADRESS at
0x0000000000000010" and the "Thread 0 Crashed" shows a couple of
"com.apple.CoreGraphics.*" processes (I could send the complete log
file(s) if wanted).
In case, that this is the wrong list, could you please point me to the
right addressee?
Best regards,
Dirk Kostrewa.
