To bring this back on topic a little, there are still a few applications I
use or might want to use that still use iMake, the ddd debugger for one.
Most of my X11 client programs run on Linux or FreeBSD boxen rather than on
OS X. Most of the X11 clients I see that use iMake seem to be using the
Motif libraries.

My first Mac was a 450MHz G4 tower I bought used.
I managed a Radio Shack Computer and several X departments from 1980
through 1983 so my first non-mainframe computers were TRS-80s of various
flavors including the Model 16/6000 machines running Xenix. When Xenix
first came out in late 1982, it installed on three 8in floppies in about 15
minutes and fit, including the development system, on a single 12MB hard
drive, and ran in 512K RAM.
I still have a Radio Shack Model 100 laptop, and an HP-97 calculator which
was my main accounting machine for several years. I have no idea if they
would work today, or if I could even get batteries for them.

Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal
in slavery than unequal in freedom.
