After an hour of tinkering and RTFM I have not yet succeeded
in getting Xcode to build a Headers directory in the framework.
Nor do I see any obvious example of a project to build
a framework in Developer/Examples.
What am I missing?
You should just need to select the "Copy Headers" build phase of your
framework target, and then change the "role" of the header from
"Project" to "Public" in the detail view. If you happen to be using
the "condensed" layout in Xcode, you need to open the detail view
first, using the "Detail" item of the "View" menu.
