Projects contain references to files including libraries that you link
against. This is a way of outlining the files your project knows
about.
Targets "contain" build phases and those build phases can "contain"
file references which implies that the file is part of that build
phase (for compile, for link, etc.). This is a way of seeing/stating
what file are proceeded in a particular build phase of a particular
project.
