Just command double click on "foo" and you should see foo:bar: as
option assuming you have multiple messages that start with "foo" (you
even could command double click on "bar").

It should work. Also note for the menu option "Jump to Definition" to
work you need to select the text "foo" (double-click on it) and then
select the menu option.
