You'll need to supply the .pb*spec files for D so that Xcode is
able to make sense of them. Not really hard to do, but you need to
know what to put in ;)

The .dmg contains a README for the Xcode plugin and explains where
to put stuff.
Hey, thanks for all that. I guess that's the way this is done.
Someone's already provided some .pb*spec files for D, but I was
getting the impression that this was the "old way" (i.e. Xcode 1.5)
way of doing things. I guess it's still the way...
Is there something that documents what each of the specific settings
does or means? For example, if I change UnicodeSymbols to YES, what
effect does that have? A different kind of question. D supports
nesting /* */-style comments inside /+++ +++/-style comments. Can I
specify that to Xcode?
