Is the build path to your project in your $PATH? If not, you need to
specify the entire path to the file, not just the file name.
The reason I want to run this in the terminal window is so I can run the
program passing variables into it: I guess if I am able to do this through
XCode, that would be a solution as well.
Under "Project", choose "Edit Active Executable", and you can
customize the arguments to be passed to your program.
