Huh. I'm having trouble remembering key bindings from the original Mac (not NeXT).

From my foray into what keys do what for my own understanding (I'm
coming from the PC world... quite a struggle!) (in addition to Ken's
answer):
Option left / right
= full word left / right
Ctrl left / right (not sure what you call the Ctrl key on a Mac)
= camel-case syllable left / right
Ctrl up / down
= page up / down (WARNING: Must click mouse in window otherwise up /
down arrows will bounce back to where you came from - this *might* be
what it calls 'scroll page up / down' rather than 'move page up / down')
Command up / down
= top / bottom of page
I'm grateful to this thread for pointing out about key bindings as this
has allowed me to map some more familiar combinations. As much as I want
to immerse myself in the Mac world I was finding I was regularly
pressing wrong combinations out of habit and it was really hampering
coding speed!
