I've searched this list archives and found that people reported it
broken since 10.2.
Will we see this nice tools again some day?
Dmitry.
I just checked and I am having the same problem.
I do not have a solution to it though.

Victor

Hello,
I'm running 10.2.6 with Bluetooth 1.2 and try to start PacketDecoder2
(1.0.1 (v1.0.1f2)) from /Development/Application/Extras which comes
with December DevTools.
Always get message "IOServiceOpen() Error e00002bd returned". Bluetooth
works fine, I run ZTerm via Bluetooth serial port to my PC laptop
running Widcomm stack.
Is this known issue, does updated version of PacketDecoder2 exist? I'm
pretty sure it used to work with default Bluetooth driver which comes
with 10.2. Does anybody have the same problem?
Thank you,
Dmitry,
