If I upload the same installer again from my build machine (a G5 Mac), download again, etc., the program does not crash. If I REBUILD the installer on the build machine, upload, download, and run, then (finally, whew!) the program will crash. During all of this, there is no need to reboot or clean up anything on the target computer. So the stuff that might have been set up by the first run of the program would still be there for the new run which also crashes. Why is this? I have an application that installs both 'global' things (i.e. in / Applications) as well as 'user' things. How can I get all this in one installer?
