Yes, exactly. (But I don't want to go there, and neither do you.)

Yes, humor aside, that's what I will do. It's easy, because we know that
there (usually?) is only one contextual menu per UI element, so the
AppleScript (one-based) menu index must be 1.
But that doesn't help with GUI Scripting, because scripters can't do that.
There simply isn't any way for a script to access menu 1 of a UI element if
the accessibility API doesn't provide it.
Is there any way this can be fixed on the Apple side?
