To download my verified & debugged Wind Chill script (still editable), point

Note that the newest revision calculates both the NOAA Rev 2001, and the
Environment Canada, wind chill temp results.
The discussion triggered me to go do some research, and I found that there
are a variety of ways of calculating it (the major ones being used are the
NOAA 2001-revision one that was originally posted on the list, plus one used
by Environment Canada). Looking even closer, I found that wind chill isn't
just the 'feels like temp' but really an issue with heat loss (in watts or
calories) from human skin. Now I'm starting to dig further to figure out how
to get accurate results for a wider range of temperatures and speeds (I am a
motorcyclist and I can say definitively that 60 degrees F at 95% humidity at
70 MPH feels like 47 degrees F at 35% humidity at 70 MPH -- both freeze your
fingers in the same amount of time).

PS - I'm still waiting to hear from Paul why wrapping the script in a Finder
Tell block isn't good technique...
